How do I ship my return parcels?
Once your request for a return has been approved, you will be required to select your preferred return shipping method within 2 days and return the item(s) to the seller within the next 6 days.
1. Drop-off method
You can return your parcel easily by dropping it off at any of Shopee Free Return’s logistics partners which are SPX Express, Flash Express and PosLaju. Refer to the return processes for this method below.
2. Pick-up method
You may choose to return your parcel by arranging a pick-up with J&T Cargo, Best Cargo, Flash Express and SPX Express at your desired time and address, free of charge! Refer to the Return Process for this method below.
3. Self arrange method
You can self-arrange the return shipment of your parcel using traceable mailing options (with the tracking number provided) if standard return options like Drop Off or Pick Up are not available due to issues like out-of-coverage return addresses or limited serviceability. Refer to the Return process for self arrange for more information.
⚠️Note:
- Please note that for this return method, you will need to bear the return shipping fees upfront. However, you can submit a claim to Shopee for reimbursement of the shipping fees once the return is processed
Where do I ship my return parcels?
For local orders:
- You will need to ship your return parcel either directly to the seller’s return address or Shopee Warehouse depending on the return address stated in the app.
- Ensure that you select your choice of return process within 2 days to ship your return parcel within 6 days of the approved request date, and upload the proof of postage via the Shopee App.
- You will be able to change your return shipping information (ie. shipping method, pickup address, scheduled pickup date/ time) even after it has been confirmed. You will no longer need to cancel your return request, re-raise another request, and go through the previous steps to reach the select shipping option page again.
For overseas orders:
- Our Shopee Dispute Team will contact you to advise on the return address.
- Do ensure that you select your choice of return within 2 days and ship out the item(s) to be returned within 6 days. If not, your return request will be automatically cancelled and the funds will be released to the seller.
